I can't get my password to work, what should I do?
Here are a couple of things you can try.
1) Make sure your Caps Lock button is off. Retype you password and try again.
2) If you have logged in before you would have been asked to change your password. If you have forgotten your new password simply click on the "Forget my Password?" link on the student login page and your account info will be emailed to the email address you used when you first signed on.

| How do I print my certificate?
Log in first. In the main navigation there is a link that says "My Certificates". Click the button and your certificate will be available for printing. (Assuming you have completed the program of course) |
